Mezzanine finance and warranties
Where additional capital is required, we can arrange mezzanine finance to increase total funding to up to 90% of overall development costs, including land purchase. Mezzanine facilities are provided by specialist lenders on a second-charge basis, supplementing senior debt.
We also arrange new home warranties for residential developments, offering a 10-year structural warranty approved by the Council of Mortgage Lenders. Warranty solutions are also available for commercial and industrial developments.
